What sets the price

Four things, and only four

We are not asking you to estimate your business size so we can produce a number. These are the variables the price follows, and the reason each one moves it.

  • Bookings open at the same time

    Not bookings per month, but open right now. A seasonal agency carries five times its September load in March, and the cost follows the peak, not the average.

  • Staff accounts

    Each independent login is a user, a password, a permission set and an audit trail. That is what makes per-agent commission possible at all, and it is what it costs.

  • Branches

    A second branch is not a second copy of the first: it is separate reporting, separate permissions, and often different financial settings. Each one adds real setup.

  • Migration from your current setup

    If migration is in scope it is project work, not a licence. We say so before any commitment rather than after one.

  • An "advanced edition" that hides the core modules. There is no cut-down tier.
  • A per-message fee. No.

Three questions that always come up

Why is there no price on this page?

Because the price depends on how many bookings are open at once, how many staff need independent accounts, how many branches run from it, and whether migration is in scope. Any figure shown before you have seen the system on your own file cannot be compared to anything — if we quoted 500 a month and you know you run 400 bookings, it would look cheap or expensive and you would have no way to tell which.

Are there setup fees?

No. The free setup session is the setup. If migrating from an older system is in scope, that is quoted separately and before any commitment — not after a signature.

Is the licence annual?

There is no binding annual term before you have seen the system on your file. The term is settled with the price and stated in writing before signing.
